We expanded our network with 40 pharmacies across the country. We thank all our new partners who trusted us and joined the Pharm Reminder family. -
Over 4000 new patients
During the year, more than 4000 new patients registered in the system, bringing the total number of users close to 7000 by the beginning of 2025. This steadily growing base of patients is a testament to the fact that Pharm Reminder is becoming a preferred tool and is gaining high trust. -
Over 40 000 notifications sent
Our platform sent over 40 000 notifications in 2024. These notifications save time, improve service, and provide patients with timely information.
New features in 2024
1. Prediction based on drug availability
We introduced a functionality that analyzes the availability of drugs in the pharmacy and automatically recommends when to order specific medicines to avoid shortages. This optimizes the pharmacy's work and makes the ordering process even more efficient.
2. Sending notifications based on working hours
Pharm Reminder now takes into account the pharmacy's working hours when sending reminders and information to patients. This ensures that messages reach users at the right time, without accumulating outside of working hours.
3. Completely new system
Under the hood, we introduced a new, faster and more stable technology that ensures seamless service for the growing number of users. The system handles larger volumes of data, distributes the load more efficiently and reacts immediately to user requests.
4. Completely new design of the app
To make working with Pharm Reminder even more intuitive, we improved the design of the app. Guided by the desire for easy and pleasant use, we redesigned the interface, added quick buttons for frequently used functions and optimized the data entry process.
5. Two new screens for statistics and prediction
In response to the increasing needs of pharmacists and pharmacy owners, we expanded the capabilities for analysis and reporting. The new screens offer:
- Detailed statistics on the number of notifications sent, registered patients and processed prescriptions.
- Predictive models that help optimize orders and maintain accurate medicine quantities.
Goals for 2025
In 2025, we again set ourselves the ambitious goal of making the pharmaceutical practice even easier and more effective. Among our priorities are:

We are enhancing the prediction function to allow automatic generation of requests to the warehouses. -
Web application for pharmacy owners and managers
We are developing a specialized web portal that will give pharmacy owners and managers access to:- Detailed data on the notifications sent

- Predictions for future needs and trends

Integration with Pharma PRO (Alkor Soft software)
To expand the capabilities of Pharm Reminder and simplify administration in pharmacies, we are working on integration with Pharma PRO. This will make the data and functionalities available directly through the familiar software, without the need to duplicate processes. -
