Why we created Pharm Reminder

The problem

After years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, we realized that there is a lack of an effective solution for managing daily tasks. Pharmacists and pharmacy owners must deal with tracking patient therapy, processing orders, requests, managing stock returns, and organizing documents – all activities that are often scattered in different systems, notebooks, and can be lost in the process. The imposed pharmaceutical systems fail to offer adaptive and innovative tools to solve these problems.

The solution

Why not create a comprehensive tool that combines all these tasks in one place? Inspired by leading innovative companies in the technology and healthcare sector, we developed Pharm Reminder – a software designed specifically for pharmacists and pharmacy owners. Our goal is to simplify routine work, minimize administrative efforts, and create an effective bridge between the pharmacy and the patient, allowing professionals to focus on what truly matters.

Who we are?

We are Dimitar and Ivaylo – a team consisting of a developer and a practicing pharmacist who share a passion for innovations in the healthcare sector. The idea started as a simple sentence on a regular piece of paper: "Patients don't take their medication on time." Today, three years later, we work with over 100 pharmacies in Bulgaria, striving to provide more efficient management and better service in every pharmacy.
